Fresh Eggs!

This is for all you local people who keep up with my blog. We have 11 layers now! It's about time all the girls started laying since they are 6 months old now. What that means though, is that we have a bit of an excess. Even my large family cannot eat all the eggs we are getting.

As of right now I have about an extra 2-3 dozen per week of brown eggs, depending on how many we use. If you want fresh eggs instead of store bought, here's your chance. I don't charge a set rate, just a small donation to help cover feed costs if you can. If not, then it is our blessing to you. You can just email me or even talk to me in person if you want. I do have a few egg cartons, but those things are expensive so keep yours if you can. Have a great day!

I so wish that we lived close by. I hate having to pay good money for eggs that are not the best.

I would be over in a second for some eggs if it were possible!

I love your new blog look. It's beautiful. And I'm excited to see you blogging again!

Nicole, sure thing. Just let me know.

Daphne, I have to teach that coupon class Thursday night. You wouldn't by any chance going to be there then? If not, I can always give them to Carlie. She's there all the time. :-)

Kate, thanks! I'm glad to have a few minutes to blog here and there. Don't know how frequent i'll be able to get on but hopefully it'll be more often.

I know you're in the DFW area but I'm not sure which part. I also don't see an email addy for you! Could you contact me at wildwmom(at)yahoo(dot)com please?

vee, i'm actually not in the DFW area. I do the grocery gathering post for the Albertson's DFW region. Louisiana is in the same region. I live in S. Louisiana. Sorry!

I will be there Thursday until 5:00 pm for sure.

If not, Carlie can always give them to me on Sunday. I'll be there for about 2 services. Chris usually runs camera ... not sure if he's on for this weekend. She can always put them in the refrigerator with my name on it.

Let me know. I'll have to get you some cash.

WONDERFUL! How exciting that you're getting fresh eggs now! YAY!!

Daphne, would you like 1 dozen or more? I'll just give them to Carlie on Saturday that way they're fresher. :-)

Lydia, got your email. I'll get back to you today!

Hey, Lori! We love getting our eggs. I do't think I could ever go back to store bought. Hope you're feeling ok. :-)

How long are they good for? Expiration dates?

2 dozen would be great. Let me know. Thanks.

Daphne, we all got a stomach bug this weekend so we were out of commission. I'll get the eggs to you on Wednesday. I wouldn't worry about expiration. You have about 4-5 weeks to use them. :-)

What a blessing! You just can't beat fresh eggs!
